SUMMARY:Who Do You Want to Be When You Grow Old? The Path to Purposeful Aging
DESCRIPTION:Who Do You Want to Be When You Grow Old? The Path to Purposeful Aging by Richard J. Leider and David A. Shapiro is a little book with a powerful message. Written as a conversation between the two authors the book challenges the reader to live each day fully\, purposefully and open to the possibilities a long life can bring. This book lends itself to empowering and thoughtful discussion. Whether you are hoping your days will increase\, are consumed by the speed at which your days are increasing and anyone in between this book will give you much to ponder. Trinity member Sharon Reilly-Marosy MEd\, LPC\, will facilitate this small group starting Tuesday\, January 9th at 7:00 p.m. The group will run for four consecutive weeks (January 9\, 16\, 23 and 30). Please let Sharon know your preference for meeting in person at church or via Zoom. Participants are responsible for purchasing the book and reading the preface through chapter 2 prior to the first meeting. If you are interested in participating\, please RSVP to Sharon as soon as possible at counseling4theages@gmail.com. All are welcome.
